This hotel was an amazing place to stay for Christmas. They care so much about the comfort of their guests and make an extra effort to provide great service. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are spacious, cozy, and clean.

Fast check-in with very friendly receptionist and bellboy. Nice clean rooms, with every day changing towels and cleaning. One of the nights, I had a problem with the wifi connection but it was solved in 5 min after a phone call to reception. Breakfast was good, the food quality and the variety, not too crowded with very nice staff members, always smiling, attentive and polite. Every night there was a fireplace in the yard which made romantic mood for the guests. Night time was quiet so you can relax very good. 6-8 minutes walking down the street and you are in the center of Goreme. Definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel is located at the end of the main street and has amazing views of the rock formations. The rooms are spacious and partially carved out of the rock face. The breakfast spread is good, and you can order eggs cooked to your liking. The hotel staff are friendly, informative, and helpful.

My partner, and I absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms are very spacious and the property is extremely clean/well kept. Great location and excellent staff! Wonderful views in the morning and evening on the rooftop terrace!

The hotel is so beautiful and cozy, the view from the terrace is amazing both in the morning and the night. The hotel staffs (the receptionist, the bellboy and the kitchen staff ) are all so courteous and extremely friendly and professional. Definitely recommend. 🎉

Myself and my wife both enjoyed the lovely and beautiful service at the hera cave suites. Wonderful staff all round. Very helpful, placed in a magnificent place, with lots of history. We stayed for five nights and will go again.

The hotel is good with great location and service. The rooms are little small congested with no full mirrors and wardrobes. The service of the staff was wonderful and always available at service. However the AC in our room was dripping water which they tried to fix but it was not fixed till our checkout time. However what i did not like is that they did not help at all for making some arrangements for my birthday. They did not even arrange a cake or balloons for celebrations (thats like basic decency to offer some goodies on bday) but they did not provide anything’s even on special request.

It is a cave hotel but room 106 didn't feel like a cave, the stone walls were squared off. Having said that the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to use the showers, before our airport transfer, after our tour. They also gave us a towel for the shower and a bottle of water while we waited for the bus.
